What counselling can help with when life feels stuck

If you are unsure whether counselling is the right next step, it can still be a useful place to pause, reflect, and make sense of what feels stuck.

Feeling stuck can look different for different people. You may be going round in the same thought patterns, feeling flat and disconnected, or finding that a change in your life has left you unsure how to move forward.

Therapy is not about being given a perfect answer. It can be a space to understand what is keeping you where you are, what matters to you now, and what a next manageable step might look like.
