My Role as a Counsellor

It is the client who knows what hurts, what directions to go, what problems are crucial, and what experiences have been deeply buried.

My role is to support you in identifying what blocks your path to a more positive way of being, then work with you through the therapeutic relationship so those obstacles can be challenged with compassion and honesty.
