Hope Wellbeing is grounded in compassion and trust. Sessions are shaped to meet you as you are, without pressure to have everything neatly worked out before you begin.
Counselling may be helpful if you are feeling overwhelmed, anxious, low, disconnected, stuck, or unsettled by grief, relationship difficulties, life changes, or questions of self-worth and identity.
The therapeutic relationship is built around trust and care. My role is to support you to identify obstacles, challenge them thoughtfully, and help you move toward a more positive way of being.
